If you want to sell your real estate :

The Realtor agency will try to fulfill all your demands connected to sale of your real estate.

In case of its realization, your commitment is :  - 4 % from the agreed price .

If you want to let your real estate for rent :

In case of leasing with the help of our agency, your commitment towards us would be :

- for the contract till 3 years - one monthly rent,

- for the contract for a period longer than 3 years - two monthly rents.

If you want to purchase a real estate :

In case of realization of purchase with the help of our agency, your commitment towards us would be :   

- 6 % from the agreed purchasing price.

If you want to rent a real estate :

In case of renting with the help of our agency, your commitment towards us would be :

- for the contract till 3 years - one monthly rent

- for the contract for a period longer than 3 years - two monthly rents.
