For sale are 25592 registered shares of d.d. HOTEL BELLEVUE, Dubrovnik, each with a nominal value of 300 kunas, for a total nominal value of 7.677.600 kunas that comprises 58.38% of the stock capital of the company.

Contains: telephone in room, central heating, restaurant, café bar, dogs allowed, hotel beach, beach bar, chair decks and sunshades for rent, hairdresser, parking.

The old part of the hotel was built in 1934, the new one in 1970 and it was renovated in 1997.

Location: It is situated on the cliffs above the Miramare Bay, approximately 900 meters from the Old City (10 minutes on foot). The bus station to the Old City is just above the hotel.

Accomodation: There are 50 rooms, but only 26 are in function. There is a telephone in each room. The hotel is central heated.

Facilities: The hotel has a main restaurant, café bar, aperitif-bar with a terrace and a restaurant on its private gravel beach. There is a possibility of renting deck chairs and sunshades. There are a hairdesser's and a shop selling picture-postcards at reception desk. Dogs are allowed.

Entertainment: In the vicinity of the hotel there is a big sport hall with few tennis courts, a disco, café bars etc.

Lage: Es befindet sich auf dem Felsen über der Miramar Bucht ungefähr 900 m von der Altstadt entfernt (10 Minuten zu Fuss). Die Bushaltestelle zur Altstadt liegt oberhalbs des Hotels.

Unterbringung: Insgesamt hat es 50 Zimmer aber nur 26 können benutzt werden. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein Telefon. Das Hotel ist mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet.

Möglichkeiten: Das Hotel hat ein Hauptrestaurant, eine Aperitifbar mit einer Terrasse und ein Restaurant am hoteleigenen Kieselstrand. Nahe der Rezeptoin sind Ansichtskarten in einem Geschäft zu kaufen. Hunde sind erlaubt.

Unterhaltung: In der Nachbarschaft des Hotels befindet sich eine grosse Sporthalle mit ein paar Tennisplätzen, eine Disco, Cafés usw.
