It is one of the oldest hotels in Dubrovnik built in 1911. A cascade type wing with 143 comfortable rooms was constructed in 1986. At the same time a complete reconstruction of the former part was done.

Location: It is situated on the Lapad Penninsula, 3 km from the Old City and 500 meters from the nearest public beach.

Accomodation: The hotel has 393 beds in 196 rooms mostly equipped with air-conditioners and satellite TV sets (14 single rooms, 162 double rooms, 15 three bed-rooms and 5 apartments). Each room is provided with showers or baths and toilets.

Facilities: There are restaurant (vegeterian cuisin available), garden restaurant, aperitif-bar with a terrace, a tavern, conference hall accomodating 150 persons, souvenir shop, launge with satellite TV, beauty shop, outdoor pool, parking place in front of the hotel. Other facilities are: telefax, internet, rent-a-car service, newspaper shop etc. The hotel is central heated. There is a bus station just in front of the hotel and a moor for a small boat communicating at 10 minute intervals with the city harbour, market and department store.

Sports and Entertainment: A hotel excursion boat transports the hotel guests to the nearby beach which is ideal for swimming and pleasant walk. At a distance of approximately 400 m there are tennis courts in the pedestrian zone which is ideal for pleasant walks.

Es ist eines der ältesten Hotels in Dubrovnik, das 1911 gebaut wurde. 1986 wurde ein Flügel im Kaskadenstil angebaut. In der gleichen Zeit wurde der alte Teil des Hotels renoviert.

Lage: Es befindet sich auf der Halbinsel Lapad 3 km von der Altstadt und 500 m von dem nähersten öffentlichen Strand entfernt.

Unterbringung: Das Hotel hat 393 Betten in 164 Zimmern, die überwiegend mit Klimaanlage und Satellitenanschluss ausgestattet sind (14 Einzelzimmer,162 Doppelzimmer, 15 Drei-Bett-Zimmer und 5 Apartments). Jedes Zimmer hat Duche oder Bäder und Toilette.

Möglichkeiten: Es gibt ein Restaurant (auch vegetarische Küche ist vorhanden), ein Garten-Restaurant, eine Aperitifbar mit Terrasse, eine Taverne, eine Konfetenzhalle mit 150 Sitzplätzen, ein Souvenir-Shop, ein Fernsehraum mit Satellitenanschluss, ein Beauty-Shop, ein Aussenschwimmbad und ein Parkplatz vor dem Hotel. Telefax, Internet, Rent-a-car Service, ein Zeitungsgaschäft usw. stehen Gästen zur Verfügung. Das Hotel hat eine Klimaanlage. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor dem Hotel. Vor dem Hotel liegt ein Dock für kleine Boote, die alle 10 Minuten anlegen und so das Hotel mit dem Hafen Gruz, dem Marktplatz und den Geschäften verbinden.

Sport und Unterhaltung: Das Hotel-Ausflugsboot bringt Hotelgäste zum naheliegenden Strand, der ideal zum Schwimmen als auch zum angenehmen Spaziergang geeignet ist. Etwa 400 m entfernt befinden sich Tennisplätze nahe der Fussgängerzone, die ideal zum Spazierengehen ist.
