Location: It is situated in the Lapad Cove, surrounded by a large park with Mediterranean vegetation, in the pedestrian zone.

Accommodation: In the hotel there are 156 double-rooms and 6 suits. Each room has bathroom and balcony (72 rooms and suits balconies have views of the sea and the rest of the park). 70 rooms have a spare bed. Each room is equipped with direct phone line, TV, central heating, air-condition, mini-bar and hairdrier in the bathroom. A suit consist of a living room (kitchenette, mini-bar, salon), a bedroom (two linked beds) and a bathroom jacuzzi and additional toilet. The hotel has as a component an annex with total of 150 beds (27 rooms are with balconies).

Facilities: In the hotel there are: main reception, exchange office, aperitif-bar, piano-salon, main restaurant, tavern, ale-house, ice-cream centre, national restaurant, grill restaurant on the beach, private parking place, beauty shop and souvenir shop. There are also indoors and outdoors swimming pools filled with sea water, sauna and massage.. In the congress hall accommodating 220 persons some additional equipment has been fitted (folding tables, wiring for sound, café ). Dogs are allowed.

Sports and entertainment: There is a big public gravel beach, 150 meters far from the hotel, where sports equipment such as foot-boats, beach canoes, surfing boards can be rented. In the vicinity of the hotel there are tennis courts, and in the very building there are billiard and satellite TV salons.
